a 9,000 euro fine, and a ban from holding public office for a
period equal to the length of the prison sentence; the former
financial director Michelangelo Nardella to 4 years and 8 months
in prison; a 7,000 euro fine, and a lifelong ban from holding
public office; while Nardella's wife, Simona Rossi, was
sentenced to 2 years in prison, a 5,000 euro fine and a lifelong
